When an email comes through stating "ACTION REQUIRED: A new HBC classified has been saved" -

• Click on the edit link in the email and check it has title, content and image
• Check contact details (bottom) and category (right column)
• Add social meta data for Facebook post
• Then go to Update Facebook cache and debug and click on resubmit (this may not fully work but is best to do)
• In publishing box "Preview" then "Save Draft"

Then click back to main "Classifieds" tab and -

• Click on the shopping cart icon beside the advert (goes to Woocommerce | Orders)
• Check order notes on the status of the advert (right column)
• If paid through Windcave and approved under the order details change status to "Completed" (this will allow an approval email to be triggered to the business)
• Then proceed with the next steps
• If it is pending BAC manual payment make a note to check back in 24 hours to check if paid

Once payment has been received -

• IMMEDIATELY go back to the advert in the "Classifieds" tab
• PUBLISH
• You need to do this immediately as the business will get an order confirmation email as soon as you have marked payment complete
• Then go online and check the advert
• Schedule in a Facebook post in Hootsuite for about a week or so
