If you get a community form completed and it requests "I would like more information on free club/non-profit listings or would like to update a page" -

• Go to Contacts
• Check the new contact is in the CRM and add any relevant Lists/Tags
• Go to emails and send template - COMMUNITY - Request for info on free club listings or how to update a free page
