If you come across businesses which need to be uploaded on site use this template Free business listings upload template for the initial on site listing.

Make sure your wording in the business types is exactly the same as the category name in WP Engine. The easiest way to do this is to go to the backend | Businesses | Business Types and check as you go. If you add more than one business type/category separate them with a "|" but also make sure when you do the upload that the separator listed under the business types is a | (default is a comma).

Make sure you save your document as a .CSV

You will then need to upload SEO and meta data separately.

Complete all details in the form then upload in WP All Import. Note you will need to write in manually the import fields for business types and membership in this format {name[1]} use the exact name you have called your heading. eg businesstypes and membership.

For free listings do NOT import email or web address (you will upload these in the CRM - see below)

You can then use the same database to upload relevant fields into Fluent CRM.
