When you get a form uploaded for a new business listing -
- Open the form and check
- If it all looks good at bottom APPROVE (if it is spam or wrong area - DECLINE)
- Keep the form open for any updates in both Businesses and Contact and open a new tab
- Then go to backend | Businesses
- Your new listing should be at the top of all listings (otherwise search)
- Open it and check
- Add keywords, put dashes in phone No, check address and suburb
- Add all relevant Business Types/Categories
- Add as a FREE Membership
- Copy WPSearch keywords into keywords and target keywords boxes
- Add in brief SEO
- PUBLISH | PUBLISH
Then go to CRM | Contacts -
- Search on the email
- Add any details you have that are not already included
- Add any relevant Lists, tags to the business
- Go to Emails and send if they have requested more information or not from the following templates -
- If they have just said they just want a free listing send - NEW BUSINESS ENQUIRY - Just want free listing please
- If they requested local stat and reach info send - NEW BUSINESS ENQUIRY - More info on stats and reach template
- If they requested info on classified ads send - NEW BUSINESS ENQUIRY - Request for info on classifieds
- If they requested info on our SMART Plans send - NEW BUSINESS ENQUIRY - Requesting info on our SMART Plans
Leave them for now to be in the New Listing list and New Free tag as you may do a campaign to all these at a later date.
