If you want to do a quick report to a client on social stats -

Export via Insights in Meta Business Suite

1. Log into Meta Business Suite.
2. Click Insights from the left-hand navigation menu.
3. In the Insights sub-menu, click on Content (or Overview > Content).
4. In the top-right corner, set the Date Range to cover the active school holiday promotion period.
5. Select all the pages you want to extract data from.
6. Click the Export Data button in the top right.
7. In the export popup:
   • Confirm the holiday date range
   • Select all the pages you want to extract data from (HBC, LU2HBC, LU2NS, LU2SH, Waikato) and click GENERATE.
8. Open the downloaded spreadsheet | unwrap text and DON'T convert.
9. SAVE as an excel spreadsheet in the client folder

Reporting

Calculate the stats to report by filtering out other posts in your export and using =SUM(cell:cell) to get total nos

Check if you need to get any other stats, eg Bitly links, classified or event links, etc

• Go to CRM Contact
• Send templated email "CLIENTS: Quick report to client on social media stats"
