Do prep first for the week either on a Friday afternoon, over the weekend or early Monday as follows -

1. Client & Campaign Allocation - School Holiday Posts

Identify the week's roster: List out exactly which School Holiday clients, Blog posts and clients need coverage for the week.

Choose the posts you are going to use for the share - they can be new posts which you are scheduling or can be posts already published over the previous 1-2 weeks - Remember however when you add links in the Fortnightly sharing schedule these can be from any date but make sure they haven't been shared in the same schedule position for at least one two week cycle.

Schedule the balance of posts to publish on Facebook, ensuring they are split evenly between your pages. Space them out nicely so they are not clustered too closely together on a timeline. You can get the post link from the schedule - you don't need to wait until the post is published.

Assigning the Pods (The "Zero-Clash" Check)

Assign the School Holiday days (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun): Slot the LU2SH and LU2 Waikato profiles into their respective geographical Pods (e.g., North Shore for LU2SH, Hamilton for LU2 Waikato).
If you are doing the Feature days (Tue, Thu, Sat) at the same time: Choose your Safe Combos (1, 2, or 3) for the Sarah, HBC, and LU2 HBC profiles to ensure no regions overlap on the same day.

  1. Gathering the Assets
[ ] Grab the links early: Go into Meta Business Suite, open your scheduled posts for the upcoming week, and copy the preview URLs.
[ ] Draft the share text: Write the unique, engaging copy for each post directly into the spreadsheet. (Remember to mix this up slightly if you are sharing the same client twice in one week to keep the group admins happy!)
  2. Finalise the Spreadsheet
[ ] Populate the Master List: Paste the links, the drafted copy, the chosen Profiles, and the assigned Pod numbers into your "Master Pod Schedule" tab for Monday through Sunday.
[ ] Outline Week 2: Briefly pencil in the client names for the following week just to make sure no one is missing out, but leave the links and text blank until next Friday.

If doing school holiday posts first go to GEM "Linku2 School Holiday Pod Planner" and check your MASTER POD SCHEDULE has enough slots for your clients, if not, amend and re-upload. Then enter prompt -

Please generate the schedule for Week 2. My School Holiday clients for this week are [Client A], [Client B], and [Client C] etc

Once you have all your school holiday posts go to GEM again and run the "Linku2 Feature Post Pod Planner" GEM using the following prompt, adding the links -

For blog post and client post GEM prompting: Can you please write the Facebook posts and share snippets for this week's features? Here are the links:
Feature 1: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 2: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 3: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 4: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 5: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 6: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 7: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]
Feature 8: [Paste Link to Client Directory Page or Blog post]

Balance the timeline: Schedule the original posts to publish on Facebook, ensuring they are split evenly between 2 profiles (4 profiles for school holidays). Space them out nicely so they are not clustered too closely together on either timeline.

The New "Share Button" Workflow

Repeat Down the List Click Share on your original post again. Look at the second group name in your Chrome bookmark folder. Type it into the Facebook search bar, paste your snippet, and post. Continue down the list until you have finished the folder.
💡 Why this is the winning method:
By using the "Share" button, every single group post will be officially tracked, drastically boosting the numbers on your original post. By looking at your bookmark folders to know which groups to search for, you guarantee that you never accidentally post to the wrong pod or double-up on your shares!

Prepare Your Screen Open your Linku2 Facebook page in one window to find your original post. Open your Chrome bookmarks in a way that lets you see your Pod folders (e.g., clicking 'Bookmarks' at the top of your screen so the dropdown menu appears).

Copy the Snippet Go to your spreadsheet and copy the short "Share Snippet" text for the post you want to share.

Check the Pod Schedule Look at your spreadsheet to see which Pod you need to use today (for example, "Pod 19: North Shore A").

Open the Facebook Share Menu On your original Facebook post, click the Share button, then select Share to a group. A pop-up box will appear with a search bar.

Use Bookmarks as a Checklist Click on your Chrome Bookmarks and open the folder for "Pod 19: North Shore A". Do not click "Open all". Instead, just look at the name of the very first group in that list.

Search, Paste, and Post
Type the name of that first group into the Facebook search bar in your pop-up box.
Select the group when it appears.
Paste your "Share Snippet" into the text box.
Click Post.
