Once you have your social schedule from Chat GPT in an excel spreadsheet you will need to do two things -
First check the schedule is as you want for at least 3-4 weeks. Then -
Note you can't bulk upload posts. So now go to your Facebook page and click on Meta Business Suite in the left column.
Referring to your schedule you can schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram up to 30 days in advance.
You can then select certain posts to schedule in on LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. To do this -
Use this as your active sharing schedule and enter the date and which profile shared the post and to in the box next to the group or channel.
Approx each week archive those posts you won't be sharing any more by copying and pasting them from the "Active" and "LI and GB" into the Archive sheet. This will move the next weeks posts along to make it easy so you don't need to scroll.
At the start of the next month, if you want to still share some of the posts from the previous month copy and paste them into the start of your next month sheet (will only be for FB).
Then move the 3 sheets for the month just gone to the end of the sheets list. You can always go to these sheets to get links if you need for reporting.
Go to Facebook Meta Business | Create post
First do Facebook unless you are doing a video/reel as you have to add an image with Instagram but you don't want to if you want the social link in Facebook
Create your post, copy your content (all of it including the link and emoji's) and schedule
Then create another post for Instagram, paste the content and schedule
Do all these first then separately go and schedule your LinkedIn and Google Business posts
As you schedule in a post go and also set up a task in the particular client's board for the post date
Once the post is published also their task will become due
As you add the post link into the sharing schedule also copy it into the client task and move the task to the Linku2 Pending stage of the Things to Do Board.
