Setting up a Social Schedule through ChatGPT
To prepare a schedule for 60-90 days for social sharing using ChatGPT do the following -
Use the following wording (just adjust if you want to add say specific holiday posts (eg Happy Easter) or anything else specific you want included -

- (Only for holiday times) Put just one post on Christmas Day and New Years Day just posting Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all Coasties. I’ll add an image.
Please make this a spreadsheet schedule with the dates and times of the posts, post content, type of post and name of what you are using.
Start the schedule on (day, date and year again)and schedule 1-2 posts a day with 3 days a week with only one post in a variety of time slots approx around the following times -
• 09:00 – Morning post
• 12:00 – Midday post
• 15:00 – Afternoon post
• 18:00 – Evening post
• 20:00 – Night post
If a post would exceed the posting limit in a week, roll it over to the next week so every post type still appears according to the rules sop that posts that would exceed daily limit are automatically deferred to the next available day.
Please make sure:
• Community tips: max 3 for every 30 days
• 1–2 event posts per week, scheduled 3–4 days before event
• Regular business posts but no closer than 4 days apart
• 1 blog post per week initially, then placeholders
• 1 classified post per week initially, then placeholders
• Competitions: 1 initial post + 2 reminder posts
• Showcase local community group: 1 per week

- Min of 10-12 community tips
- Full list of all paying clients
- Up to 3 competitions with details
- List of blog posts with short description
- List of classified categories (or specific ads) to use
- List of events to use including date, name and short description
- List of community groups or categories you would like showcased
- List of school holiday clients and any relevant details or important things to note (eg no posts after a programme finishing date)
- Anything else you would like featured with details
Then put all this together in a word document and copy and paste into ChatGPT.
