Post-Report Client Scheduling (7-Day Follow-Up)

Exactly one week after sending a Mid-Term or Renewal report to a client and creating a draft schedule from their Report (a copy which you have put in their Dropbox folder and in their task to do this scheduling), a diary reminder will prompt you to create their upcoming 6 month content schedule.

Step 1: Run the AI GEM Prompt

• Open your GEM "Linku2 Client 6 monthly Planner"
• Input the following prompt -

Here are the details for my next client. Please generate their schedule and draft email based on your system instructions:

Client Name: [Name]

Package Inclusions: [Plan]

Past Performance Notes: See attached 3-6 month generated proposed schedule

Schedule Start Date: [Start Date]

(attach the schedule you created when doing their Report)

• Let the AI generate the suggested 3-6 month content schedule (dates, topics, classifieds) and the draft email to the client.

Step 2: Update the Master GEM Planner

Log details into your central Planner spreadsheet -

• Open the Master GEM Planner Spreadsheet.
• Scroll to the bottom of the list.
• Also open a word text document (to copy properly into rows)
• Copy the list of dates and details for your tasks into the text document
• Then recopy and put into your Planner spreadsheet
• SAVE

Step 3: Contact the Client

• Copy the draft email generated by the GEM.
• Paste it into your email client, review it and send it to the client.
• (Note: If the client replies with requested changes to the schedule, simply open the Master GEM Planner Spreadsheet and adjust the dates or tasks on their specific rows).
